	The Records at Foqus, Inc. have been established and maintained to provide evidence of conformity to the requirements and of the effective operation of the Management System. These records are controlled according to MSP-4-2-4.1 Control of Data and Records, to ensure they remain legible, readily identifiable and retrievable. This procedure defines the controls needed for the proper identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention time and disposition of records.
