Procedure MSP 7-2-3 Customer Communication and Customer Satisfaction defines how customer satisfaction is measured and continually enhanced. Procedure MSP 7-3-1 Research, Design and Development Control transforms current customer needs as well as future needs into product requirments. Procedure MSP 7-2-1 Customer Requirements defines how customer current needs are trasnformed to orders. Procedure MSP 7-2-2 Review of Contracts and Orders ensures that all orders are processed ans the customer is satisfied. |
