	Foqus, Inc. President has appointed a management representative who is a member of the Management Team. Management Representative has responsibilities and authority described in the Position Descriptions. These responsibilities and authority include: a) Ensuring that processes needed for the effective operation of Management System are established, implemented and maintained. b) Reporting to top management on the performance of the Management System and any need for improvement. c) Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements, throughout the company. d) Liaison with external parties on matters relating to the Management System. e) Management Review Process that is documented in MSP 5-6-1 Management Review. f) Ensuring that management tools and techniques are continually improved, and reflect current state of the art technology and methods.
