5-6-0 MANAGEMENT REVIEW
5-6-1 GENERAL

The Foqus, Inc Executive Teamperforms an annual Management Review of the Management System as defined in MSP-5-6-1 Management Review procedure. The purpose of the Management Review is to:


a)
perform an assessment of the MS ( Management System) to ensure that it continues to be suitable, adequate, and effective in addressing the requirements of all applicable standards including Q9001.
b)
To review the MS and assess opportunities for improvement and identify the need for changes to MS.
c)
To review the Company Policies including Quality Policy, for it's continual applicability and effectiveness.
d)
To review the quality Objectives and their progress

Records of all Management Reviews are maintained per MSP 5-6-1 Management Review and MSP 4-2-4.1 Control of Data and Records
Controlled Document. Refer to electronic copy. Printed copy is valid 12/5/10 unless revision verified by user.
