Foqus, Inc. Executive Team ensures that needed resources are available and are adequate to:

continually improve MS effectiveness |

enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements |
The need for new or re-allignment of existing resources is addressed in the following activities:
MSP 5-4-2 Management System Planning
MSP 6-1-1 Management of Resources and Communications
MSP 6-2-1 Human Resources and Internal Communications
MSP 7-2-1 Customer Requirements
MSP 7-3-1 Research, Design, and Development Control
The effectiveness of these processes is reviewed during our Management Review (MSP 5-6-1 Management Review).
