6-3-1 INFRASTRUCTURE

The Management Team of Foqus, Inc. has determined, provides and maintains the infrastructure needed to achieve conformity to product requirements in accordance with procedure MSP 6-3-1 Infrastructure. Infrastructure includes:
a)
buildings, workspace and associated utilities,
b)
process equipment (both hardware and software), and
c)
supporting services (such as, transport or communication).

The purpose of ths procedure is to ensure that all the facilities, equipment and supporting services are maintained to ensure that employees can devote their full energy to our customers and our products.
