7-0-0 PRODUCT REALIZATION
7-1-1 PLANNING OF PRODUCT REALIZATION

Procedure MSP 7-1-1 Planning of Product Realization defines how Foqus, Inc. plannned and developed the processes needed for product realization. Planning of product realization is consistent with the requirements of the other processes of the MS and is defined in MSP 5-4-2 MS Planning. In planning product realization the Management Team determines the following:
a)
requirements for the product including quality objectives;
b)
the need to establish processes, documents, and provide resources specific to the product;
c)
required verification, validation, monitoring, inspection and test activities specific to the product and the criteria for product acceptance;
d)
records needed to provide evidence that the realization processes and resulting product meet requirements.

The output of this planning ensures that all resources, procedures, and facilities are in place prior to acceptance of orders from the customer.
