1-1-0 INTRODUCTION
This Management Systems Manual (MSM) specifies requirements for Foqus, Inc. Management System. Through this manual Foqus, Inc. wants to achieve the following:

-consistently provide products and services that meet or exceed our customer needs

-strive to develop new products and services that our current and potential customers may need in the future

-continually seek to improve customer satisfaction through effective implementation of the management system and the related processes

-ensure that our processes and actions meet or exceed the applicable regulatory requirements

-document and communicate how Foqus, Inc. management system is structured

-demonstrate the extent of commitment and conformance to the Management Systems-Requirements of Q9001:2000


-ensure that we achieve symbiotic relationships that are mutually beneficial with our:
- customers
- employees
- suppliers
- partners
- investors
- community
- environment
-proactively and effectively respond to changes that impact our management system.
