This manual is subdivided into eight sections, which correspond to the sections of the Q9001:2000 Standard.

The MS-001-DB Document Matrix Database identifies which Process Documents address each of the requirements of the Q9001:2000 Standard.

The MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MANUAL (MSM) is the top level document for Foqus,Inc. It defines guidelines and policies that need to be met by all our employees. Changes to this manual can be initiated by any employee. The President of Foqus, Inc. authorizes the contents of the MSM. The policies defined in the MSM and supporting process documents are communicated and available to all employees.

All employees are responsible for ongoing compliance with this Management Systems Manual and the underlying policies and procedures. It is the responsibility of every employee to question the validity of these policies and procedures, when they no longer meet our needs.
