Organization or person who receives product.

| DIRECTORY: |
An itemized index of documents and/or records.

MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM: |
The interaction and control of all the processes within our company.

QUALITY:

A degree to which a set of inherent characteristics fulfills requirements.

QUALITY
ASSURANCE: |
A part of quality management focused on providing confidence that quality requirements will be fulfilled.

QUALITY
CONTROL: |
A part of quality management focused on fulfilling requirements. |

A part of quality management focused on increasing the ability to fulfill quality.

Document specifying the Management System of the company. Foqus, Inc. Quality Manual is part of the Management System Manual. |

POLICY: |
Overall intentions and direction of the company related to quality, as expressed by executive management.

PROCEDURES:

Specified way to carry out an activity or a process. |
| PROCESS: |
A set of interrelated or interacting activities, which transforms inputs into outputs.

PRODUCT:
|
Result of a process. |
| RECORDS: |
A special type of documents. |
| SUPPLIER: |
Organization or person that provides a product or a service to Foqus, Inc.. |
