4-1-0 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS |
|
|
|
|
|
The MSM (Management System Manual) has been established, documented, implemented and is maintained. We at Foqus , Inc. strive to continually improve its effectiveness in accordance with applicable International Standards.
Our MS (Management System) is based upon a -process approach- to quality management, demonstrated by the following:

| a) |
Each process has been defined for the effective operation of our MSM and is implemented throughout the company.
|
| b) |
The sequence and interaction of the MSM processes is defined in Process Flows and Figure 5.1, section 5.4 of this MSM.
|
| c) |
Procedures have been established that define the criteria and methods needed to ensure the effective operation and control of these processes; |
| d) |
management ensures of the availability of resources and information necessary to support the operation and monitoring of these processes;
|
| e) |
Procedures have been established and define the requirements to monitor, measure and analyze these processes; and
|
| f) |
Implement action necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement. |

Foqus, Inc. manages these processes in accordance with the requirements of Q9001-2000. Diagram in MSM Section 2-1-0 provides a global view of the process linkages described in our Management System. MSM Section 5-4-2 shows the sequence and interaction of our MSM processes, and how Foqus, Inc. uses process approach to management.
Foqus, Inc. does not outsource any process or part of a process that affect product conformity with requirements and/or the MSM. If ever such a need will arise we will define a method for control of the process in Section 7.4 (Purchasing) and in documented procedures. |
