7-2-2 REVIEW OF REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO PRODUCT

Procedure MSP 7-2-2 Review of Contracts and Orders defines how Foqus, Inc. reviews the requirements related to the product and service prior to order placement or any change to existing order by the customer. These requirements include our Product and Service Specifications, Technical Data Sheets, and Customer Specifications, Catalog, and Advertising Brochures.
This review ensures of the following:
| a) |
product or service requirements are defined, |
| b) |
contract or order requirements differing from those previously expressed are resolved, and |
| c) |
Foqus, Inc has the ability to, meet the defined requirements. |
Records of the results of the review and actions arising from the review are maintained. Where the customer provides no documented statement of requirement, the customer requirements are confirmed by Foqus, Inc. before acceptance.
Where product requirements are changed Foqus, Inc. ensures that relevant documents; are amended and that relevant personnel are made aware of the changed requirements.
