7-3-2 DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT INPUTS

Procedure MSP 7-3-1 Research, Design and Development (RDD) Control defines how Foqus, Inc. determines, records and maintains records of inputs related to product or service requirements. These inputs include:
| a) |
functional and performance requirements, |
| b) |
applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, |
| c) |
information derived from, previous similar products/services if available, and |
| d) |
other requirements essential for research, design and development. |
These inputs are reviewed for adequacy and to ensure that the requirements are complete, unambiguous and not in conflict with each other.
