7-4-3 VERIFICATION OF PURCHASED PRODUCT

Procedure MSP 7-4-1 Purchasing Process defines how Foqus, Inc. has established and implemented the inspection of purchased product/service that is necessary for ensuring that purchased productservice meets specified purchase requirements. The level of inspection required is defined in Raw Material Specifications and Services and Supplies Specifications.

If there are any requirements for verifications at supplier premises for pre-approval prior to shipping this requirement will be stated in the Purchase Order indicating the intended verification arrangements and method of product release.
