	Procedure MSP 7-5-1 Production and Service Delivery Control defines how Foqus, Inc. plans and carries out production and service delivery under controlled conditions. Controlled conditions include: a) the availability of information that describes the characteristics of the product or service, b) the availability of work instructions, c) the use of suitable equipment an facilities, d) the availability and use of monitoring and measuring devices, e) the implementation of monitoring and measurement, and f) the implementation of release, delivery and post-delivery activities.
