8-1-1 GENERAL

Procedure MSP 8-1-1 Measurement Analysis and Improvement defines how Foqus, Inc. has has planned and implemented the monitoring, measurement, analysis and improvement processes needed to:          
a)
demonstrate conformity of the product/service,
b)
ensure conformity of the MS, and
c)
continually improve the effectiveness of the MS.
         

This includes the determination of applicable methods, including statistical techniques, and the extent of their use.
