Customer Satisfaction is one of the measures of the performance of the MS. Procedure MSP 7-2-3 Customer Communication and Customer Satisfaction defines how Foqus, Inc. monitors information relating to customer perception as to whether the customer requirements have been met. The methods for obtaining and using this information have been determined and are defined in procedure.
