	Constant change is a reality of a Management System that is continually improving. Foqus, Inc. Executive Team has established a process MSP 5-4-2 MS Planning to ensure that: a) the planning of the Management System activities is carried out in order to meet all the requirements (see section 4.1 of this manual) including product quality requirements(see section 7.1) and quality objectives. b) the integrity of the Management System (MS) is maintained when changes to the MS are planned and implemented.
